It’s that time of year again, and the 2024 Coachella festival lineup has finally been unveiled with Lana Del Rey, Tyler, the Creator, and Doja Cat headlining the event. But while they’re sure to draw a large crowd, there are a lot of other remarkable artists who represent different cultures and whose appearances are worth paying attention to. This list will highlight some global standout acts coming to the famed festival.

Passes for the event can be purchased on the official Coachella website, and there will also be an official YouTube livestream from Coachella that will show the live performances.

Lana Del Rey

Ten years ago, Lana Del Rey was a pop sensation well on her way to superstardom as she made her first appearance at Coachella. Now, the headliner has since established herself as one of the most influential artists in the world today. With a melodic and romantic sound, the glamorous singer’s stage will be a real treat for fans.

It’s this enthusiasm for exploration that makes her such an exciting artist to watch.

Her music includes pop, R&B, and amapiano with her Grammy-winning single “Water” being a shining example of the interesting musical blend. Its accompanying choreography, which has been an absolute hit on TikTok, also incorporates elements of Bacardi dancing and has made performances of the track all the more appealing.

Yoasobi

Comprised of composer/producer Ayase and singer ikura, Yoasobi is a J-pop superduo who aims to convey stories. Their debut single “Yoru ni Kakeru,” based on a short story, was a massive success. Since then, the duo has created songs inspired by other short stories, novels, and manga. The two have also attracted attention among anime fans with their opening themes gaining widespread popularity.

Ice Spice

This year’s Coachella boasts an impressive lineup of electronic music artists, one of which is the acclaimed French producer DJ Snake. Whether or not his recent retirement rumors are true, following news of his upcoming 2025 stage titled “The Final Show,” an opportunity to see the renowned EDM artist’s electrifying performance live would be too much to miss.

Her voice is incredibly sweet and certainly not something you want to miss hearing on the Coachella stage.
