This Gonkbonk Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is effective as of the date shown above, and describes how Masterfile Co. (“Masterfile,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and otherwise processes information collected about you when: (1) you access and/or use our website(s), mobile application(s), or other digital properties we own and operate that link directly to this Privacy Policy (“Websites”) or otherwise use our product(s) and services (collectively, with Websites, “Services”); (3) you communicate with us in any manner, including by email, direct messaging, telephone, and/or in person (“Communications”); and (4) we interact with certain third parties.

 

1.     INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

Depending on how you engage with our Services, the nature of our Communications, and how we may interact with certain third parties, we may collect the following pieces of your information:

  • Basic Identifying Information. This is information you provide when you sign up for an account for our Services or to receive updates through signing up for such Services through our Websites, such as your name, e-mail address, and other similar identifiers.
  • Address. This information includes your physical shipping address you provide to us for us to fulfill your purchases.

  • Geolocation Data. This is information that permits us to determine your general (i.e., city or postal code level) location.
  • Digital Wallet Information. This is information is related to your digital wallet public address.
  • Blockchain Transaction Information. This information is related to information posted on the applicable blockchain in connection with your purchases including smart contract IDs, any corresponding ERC1155 tokens minted and associated with your account or digital wallet, and other transaction related information posted on the blockchain.
  • Commercial Information. This is information such as the products you have purchased or considered, your preferences on various products and brands, receipts containing purchases, and related information about your commercial activities. 
  • Demographic Information[DUS2] . This is information such as your age, gender, and date of birth.
  • User Content. This is information such as your Communications with us and any other content you voluntarily provide, including survey responses, comments, reviews, and testimonials.
  • Inferences. This is information drawn from or created based on the information identified above.

 

2.     HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

We collect your information in three ways: (1) directly from you when you engage with our Services or Communications; (2) automatically using online technologies when you engage with our Services or Communications; and (3) from certain third parties. 

  • Directly From You. We collect information directly from you when you provide your information on or through our Websites, create an account for our Services, update your account profile, access our content, use our Services, engage in Communications with us, or sign up to receive emails or certain other Communications from us. Directly collected information typically includes your name and contact information (such as email address), account username and password, and the content provided by you in any Communication.

When you visit our Websites, open or click on Communications we send you, or interact with our advertisements, we or other third parties may automatically collect certain information about you using online tracking technologies such as cookies, pixels, web beacons, software developer kits, and related technologies (for more information, see the section entitled “Cookies” below).   • Blockchain Platform. Your information may be accessed by certain non-affiliated third parties when, in the course of using certain Services, you engage in a transaction that is recorded on a blockchain. In such cases, certain personal information related to the transaction will be published on the blockchain, such that it may be accessible to third parties not controlled by us, and will be recorded on the blockchain permanently across a wide network of computer systems, such that it will be incapable of deletion. Moreover, many blockchains are open to forensic analysis which can lead to de-anonymization and the inadvertent revelation of personal information, especially when blockchain data is combined with other types of data.
  • Legal Process and Protection. We may disclose or share your information to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. 6.     ANALYTICS

Google Analytics: We use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, Highlight[DUS4] , and Mixpanel to help us understand how you and other users access and use our Services, as well as help us understand market trends and popularity of our Services. As part of this process, we may incorporate tracking technologies into our Services and/or Communications. 7.     YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

a.     Accounts

You may access, update, or remove certain information that you have provided to us through your account by visiting the account’s settings, or by sending an email to the email address set out in the “Contact Us” section below. We may require additional information from you to verify your identity. Please note that we will retain and use information about you as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

b.     Communications 

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by following the removal instructions in the specific Communication that you receive, or by emailing us at the email address set out in the “Contact Us” below with the word “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject field of the email. Please note that your opt-out is only effective for the email address used to send the opt-out email.

c. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Cookies. Most browsers accept cookies by default. By changing your browser settings, you can instruct your browser to decline or delete cookies. We implement and use reasonable security measures designed to prevent unauthorized intrusion to our Services, and unauthorized alteration, acquisition, or misuse of users’ personal information. Nevertheless, transmission via the internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of information about you, collected from you, or submitted by you. We will not be responsible for loss, corruption, or unauthorized acquisition or misuse of information that you provide or that we collect through our Services that is stored by us, our business partners, or our service providers, or for any damages resulting from such loss, corruption, or unauthorized acquisition or misuse. 

9.     CHILDREN’S PRIVACY 

Our Services are not directed towards, nor were they designed to attract the attention of, any children, and we do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from any person under the age of thirteen.
