I’ve assembled a very interesting list for this week’s releases in creator-owned comics. Typically, my choices feature plenty of titles from Image Comics. But for the first time, since I started putting these lists together, I’m showcasing just as many promising titles from BOOM! Studios as I am from Image. It’s exciting to see so many exciting comics come from different places, creators, and styles. It feels like I say this every week, but there’s never been a better time than now to be into reading comic books.
