METADOGGOZ HC
Description
Metadoggoz HC follows Gael Kaldera, a self-styled “junkyard dog” who runs with the Metadoggoz, a crew of teenage dirtbags in the techno-megalopolis of the Metastation. After losing a friend’s guitar, he swallows a tab of “metadoggo” at a late-night rave and the night spirals out of control. Strobing lights, crowded dance floors, and endless skyscrapers create an eerie, futuristic backdrop for this daring, imaginative exploration of race, class, and belonging through youth culture and science fiction. Crafted by Berenice Motais de Narbonne as writer, artist, and cover artist, with Montana Kane handling translation. Metadoggoz reinvents the cyberpunk fairy tale in the vein of Tank Girl, Blade Runner, and Love & Rockets. 232 pages, hardcover. A bold collision of heart and hazard that challenges who we are when society’s neon lights glare brightest.
